Using Clocktopus

Clocktopus (this website, its games, teaching clock, worksheets and printables) is free to use. There are no accounts to make and nothing to pay for on the website. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Clocktopus is made for children aged 5 to 9 to use with a parent, carer or teacher. Grown-ups are responsible for how children use it.

Worksheets and printables

You are welcome to:

• print and photocopy them as often as you like, for your own children or your class;
• use them in schools, tutoring, home education and clubs, including paid lessons;
• share a link to any page on this site.

Please don't:

• sell them, or bundle them into something you sell;
• upload them to other websites or resource shops (share a link instead);
• remove the Clocktopus name or say you made them.

Who owns what

The Clocktopus name, Ollie and the other characters, the artwork, games, text and worksheet designs belong to Clocktopus. Using the site doesn't give you any rights to them beyond what these terms say.

Please be kind to the site

Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security, and don't copy it in bulk with automated tools. Search engines indexing the site is fine.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Clocktopus accurate and helpful, but it is provided “as is”. It is a learning aid, not a replacement for teaching, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

The iPhone and iPad app

The Clocktopus app is also covered by Apple's standard app licence. Purchases in the app are made through Apple, under Apple's terms.

Your privacy

Clocktopus collects no personal information. Our privacy page explains what is saved on your device and why.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the newest version always applies.
